I just received the Nike+ FuelBand in the mail from my friend. I already have the Nike+ SportWatch and don’t really need the FuelBand so I thought I would do a giveaway considering that it’s been sold out for awhile.Rules :

I bought these programs yesterday so when they come I am going on a mission to lose 30 pounds :)
B: sausage omelette and kiwi
L: peanut butter sandwich and a pickle and orange
D: lots of Chinese food
A: cookies, cake, rice cake
I ate horrible and I felt bad for doing it. I don’t know how to remember that before I eat bad food!!
B: cinnamon oatmeal and strawberries
L: Pot roast, apple. 2 slices of oranges and cucumber.
D: PB with wheat bread and dill pickles and banana
S: caramel rice cake and special k chips
Exercise: treadmill 20 minutes, Billy’s boot camp, and swimming
Today has been a good day. I haven’t craved sweets like I usually do. I hope I can keep up the diet and exercise. I judge myself and think I cant lose weight no matter what I do :( my min needs to change.
You better believe it! It’s happening, bitches.
